This unusual lacquer case is from the collection of Jennings Ku. It is made of lacquer decorated with inlaid stained mother-of-pearl and nashiji work.

It featured in the exhibition catalogue 'The Fun of Collecting' which showcased over 200 card cases from Jennings Ku collection, at the Hong Kong Heritage Museum.
